I am selling my work in Wigmore and Hempstead area.
There is £1354 in total- on average aproximately £1240 a month for windows being cleaned, but most of my customers have fascia's & gutters cleaned annually, so some months will be alot more.
I have been cleaning this work for 8 yrs, the last 5 yrs with WFP. £40-60 per hour.
Well established work and ready to just take over and start cleaning. All customers will be primed for someone new to start cleaning. I Will send them a letter informing of takeover date so the process runs smoothly
