Tom, you can get self-test breathalyser kits . This is what our drivers carried when driving across the water. France implemented drivers to carry them last year. Ed

How times have changed.  We used to have a couple of bubbly pipes stashed in the boiler room where I used to work.  It was way way back though.  It made nightwork go a lot faster.

I know people advised me against it, but I went with Peninsula for reasons like these.  Who knows what your rights are as an employer?  They do.  It's in my contracts for staff too.  I know what my rights are, they know what theirs are.  It's very straightforward.
