What do you all use for a Database to keep records of all your previous customers.

I have tried to use Microsoft Access, but its just too complicated and I'm not sure you can mail merge into address lables.

Please does anyone know of a very simple Database and I mean simple. ???

Access is the way to go. To get the hang of using it try http://movielibrary.lynda.com/html/index.asp
It's online video training for all kinds of serious software. Costs about £15 per month. I've used it for Dreamweaver, CorelDraw and Access. Very clear and lots of shortcuts and user tips. I thought it was good value. Access, Excell and Word together are powerful business tools. But you'll never learn them from the user manuals Lynda.com is the way.
