ive seen a pair of double 12 foot timber ladders for sale dirt cheap as they say is there anything besides the obvious to look out for

worth considering now the cooler temps are upon us maybe :-/

I'd ask how heavy they are.

I bought a set of wooden ladders from ebay a few years ago and they weighed a ton.
