So I can spray the same chem on my own drive but not someone elses.. Because there's a difference apparently
The legislation on it is mind bogglingly stupid..
OK you paid £450 so whats that one driveway job .. training paid for !
There is a massive difference, you can now spray chems / pesticides which the general public should not have access to (not just glyphosate ) If I paid a contractor to carry out work I would expect him to have the required training. Out of interest , How long was your training ? ours was two days plus an individual test at a later date so it should cover a little bit more than what you say
Any home owner can walk into hss and hire a scissor lift no question, yet to work commercially you are required to take IPAF.
You have done the training now use it, add it to your website, quotations tell the customer! Then when you quote against competition who haven't the home owner will know ! As a homeowner who would you choose some numpty who says I dont need training or the company who has put themselves out to get trained
