can i use host on loop tufted carpet's ! silly ? for you lot who been in the game years but never went through this sort of thing in alltec's training bit useless really would have learnt as much reading a diy leaflet i recon !

Host is fine to use.If wool use gold brushes, but on synthetics you will get a way with white ( dont use black brushes)

it has the white 1's in i take it there the medium brushes will they ruin wool loop so maybe best to use rake-broom ?
as bit of agro to keep changing them

Hi
The Host machine is a fantastic carpet agitator.
I'd play about with some carpet samples first.
I personally find whites ok, but then I mostly clean rubbish.

play safe and use the gold brushes which are quite soft and will not cause any problems no offence chris!!

None taken. Just don't find golds aggressive enough for the sort of jobs I do.
Glad I didn't mention I use blacks too.

thanks for the addvice although i have been looking at the machine it's not a host at all it's a fibredri tm 4 & it uses black brushes for wool as not the host
sorry for the confusuion
