I'll have to agree. £5k is a lot of money for 15 ltrs hot - I put a water cooled diesel 21 ltrs hot on a trailer with a 650 ltr tank for less than that. Do you need hot on the cladding ? If you've got it for a week you'll be able to make your own mind up but it will depend what you've been used to

We are using one of these 2moro:

http://www.karcher.co.uk/uk/Products/Professional/Highpressure_cleaners/Hot_water_highpressure_cleaners/with_combustion_engine/18119380.htm

Got a sizeable cladding clean to carry out.

Looking at the price, £5000, is that a decent spec?

Soap and a brush would work better on the cladding.

The only advantage I can see with this machine is it's size footprint. That said for same bar flow u could buy stand alone machine plus suitable hbox  for around half the cost, i can see advantage of having hot as an option this time of year however that only goes to 90, hbox can give u 140-150. As ur local if ur interested give me a call, will give u details of a local supplier who can build kit to your spec, mike

Thanks Mike, will get in touch soon. Flat out at the minute with 6000sq/m to get done, with truck mount ordered for Friday. Under pressure!

The machine performed well enough, but I have to say, it didn't WOW me, as I thought it would.

Seems to take FOREVER to get up to pressure??

Is this down to the hot box?

Honestly can take up to 10 minutes.

Or is this just normal for "high end" (expensive!) systems??
