Apart from the obvious odour problems,urine,vomit etc..what other odour problems you come across that are difficult to sort.

fire damage and curry/Asian cooking odours are hard to remove from a property.

carpet Dawg,i can not tell you how many conversations i have had with property management companies,telling them that the cooking odours are not just in the carpet,but the walls,etc etc

I used to do all the milk spills for unigate in the South Wales areas and had some pretty extreme cases of large amounts of milk in foam car seats etc. Some of those I did end up removing the seats and immersing in baths.

 I totally agree.  We deal with a lot of property management companies/private landlords, they think cleaning the carpets is a quick fix.  I always tell them it's on the walls, furniture, ceilings and curtains not just the carpets.

Usually a good spray down with MP and good dwell sorts the carpets.... the rest of the property is a deep clean job

I've fogged properties but it may only get rid of a % of smells in homes just can't guarantee removal.
