I've got the t230 connect lwb. Never had any issues with taking it to a normal MOT station. The ones that do cars will also do the connect.
If it helps, for your info op, I've got upright 500ltr tank fitted across the bulkhead. Get all my gear and spares packed in quite nicely. Cushty.
