Yes, as long as you don't park on it lol
ffs some people.
When I asked her to move it for me she asked "whats it worth"
Oh I did laugh, 100's to do and Ive got time for this  >:(

Had the same thing in Mayfair once. Bloke in an X5 parked on the hose, i asked him to move a bit and he told me he would only be 20 mins and walked off.
Got the jack out the van and lifted it, left the alarm going off and on to the next job 
Not 1 passerby said anything  :)

I'd have made sure a nice dent/scratch was "accidentally" left
