I've a restaurant with carpet tile to do next week.  Mainly greesy traffic lane.  Nightmare TM setup and pain to use portable.

Would encap touch it and what chem.

Was thinking of bonnet clean follow by encap.

Thanks

You can encap and bonnet many restaurants but if the soil level his high to very high it may be faster to extract. Time is money so you would have to figure your setup time loss compared to your extraction savings in that scenario.

If you do encap use a good one and take many cotton bonnets. If the first pass is black, do another with a clean bonnet until they become lighter brown. The encap should take care of the rest. Also, you may want to consider applying a quality protector especially if your going to encap and bonnet in the future.

I dont think bonnet cleaning is suitable with Chemspe s Enzyme shampoo ive used this stuff on a few occasions on pubs where the landlords have required fast drying times, but ive used it through my Chemstractor

Can you sugest a releasit product for general maintenance cleaning but will tackle the odd protein stain and that leaves a clean fresh smell but not too overpowering ?
I use Dynamal at present, its a good product  and will continue to use it but I would like to try an alternative if there is such a product available

I would agree. Its a shampoo so best used with a cimex or rotary & shampoo brush.

However it does work quite well with a heavier than normal spray and an agitation pad then a run over with a bonnet afterwards.

From that specific range Releasit Hydrox would be worth considering.
