Subcontracters in Wellingborough
« on: December 07, 2013, 08:31:56 am »
I'm looking for a Subcontracters to do residential houses on a weekly basis.  This work is all done to a high standard so I am looking for some one who takes pride in their work, is of smart appearance and polite with customers. Schedule for each days work is set out and equipment and van is provided and maintained so this will suit a good window cleaner who wants to go home at the end of the day and forget about work. I'm looking fo subbys min two days a week. and subbys max 5 days a week. All work is done trad and pole and are paid a week in hand on a %. A good subby normally makes £120 for a full day when they familiar with the work. All work is compact and is 10 miles radius of Wellingborough. Any more info call me on 07710  987920
Thanks Gary

It's 55% Darren. My subbys average about £30 pound an hour with me making sure they take their time and do a good Job meaning they clean all frames and doors and build a good rapport with the custys which helps keep the round compact and bring in new work through recomendations and people watching you do a good job and not rushing around. I also cover all costs such as fuel, all van  costs, window cleaning equipment, laundry and collecting. They can normally do between £200 and £250 a day depending on weather and other factors. If they they work in a team (have a helper) they can do between £350 and £400 a day and they would get 32% with the helper 23% but they would be need to make sure the helper is doing the job to our standard.
