I have changed my password but how would someone hacked it ?

This happened to my personal email account last week, 100s of email sent out all in French, and all with an English subject line , which were all different, we have not updated our password and have told  everybody who received an email to change their password to .

It is in fact a good idea to change your password each week / month .

...and install anti-virus software (not a free one).

Try downloading malware bites and after you run a scan if it finds the problem then change your password at the minute some hacker has control so you need to exterminate them if malware bites cant find it then get professional help and if you bank online put a stop on it until you get sorted
