I am looking at getting a new TM next year and will get either the 875 or a Everest both have good and bad points would be good to get some views of owners of both machines

Depends on what you want to do with it. If you're just doing domestics and small commercials then the Everest would be ok. The 875 is much more powerful and can run three wands simultaneously but is more expensive to run.
I've got an 875 but we use it for cleaning cruise ships, very high, very long so we get all of the systems performance, whereas its a bit of a sledgehammer to crack a nut on smaller types of jobs.

Doesn't the Everest dump water? The 875 doesn't dump saving you time as for the rest of it well it may come down to the money I don't think there's much between them both are top end machines may be that you have a prochem repair centre closer but hm have one in Oxford.

Sometimes it's not just the machine.
You need to look at after sales, or as they call it these days, customer care.
Also, distance to travel for any major issues,should they pop up.
And, even if your local, ask this theroetical question before you buy....."I'm on a job at 1pm, can't get TM to start, when can you fix it".....
You need to get honest answers and many on here will tell you TM wise who's great and who's s@£& !

The 875 does dump water but you can deselect some of the heat exchangers which keeps it cooler.

That's interesting I was lead to believe that it was approx 40 mins before dumping.

I'd stick with an Apex and Airflex for potable jobs but would upgrade a Sebo Duo to a Rug Badger for rug cleaning

Why not look at the big pheonix 905. It's doesn't dump, is british made, custy care is second to none, mine does 1hr for £2.80 and we can dual wand all day long at that rate with long hose runs if needed. We hardly ever turn it up to full power.  It's quiet , smooth and powerful.
Ours is 2.5 years old 2000 ish hrs and not a blip.

But the 901i will come in at some serious wrong a depends on what you want to pay.

I can imagine me cleaning with my 75ft of pipe and lifting the floor boards up.
