no nothing sold yet, I have not advertised anything yet, I will sit down over the weekend and work out exact details,
but it will be domestic work only, commercial is already claimed, from top of my head around £1200 per 4 weekly cycle, at a guess I would say one man could complete in 10 days, I know taking it easy I can do it in 15 easy doing little on mon and fridays.
if anyone is interested in the lot and quickly I would take any sensible offer, if I have to split it will be sold at x 3 per part.
established 6 1/2 years good payers as the wasters have been dropped, about 90% wfp although it could be done by either method, I started the round trad, all work up to date and due cleaned in December
