Hello , I have the above portable which i use on the occasion when the t/m is not suitable. EACH AND EVERY TIME I USE IT IT TRIPS THE CUSTOMERS ELECTRIC! I have got an rcd on each cable and it still switches the electric. After about the 3rd or 4th time it goes well and does a good job. Hydramaster have had it and cant find the problem, my local engineer has looked at it twice now and cant find a particular fault. Interestingly on the electrics in our wharehouse it never  goes off!!!! Its got to the point where I just dont want to use it knowing that its going to be embarrasing! Sadly im not a techinical type and need some help please... Thanks Simon Coller

I think this machine has a heater in it ? If so you need to plug that into another circuit. You will find that the fuse boxes these days are very sensitive and you will be overloading one circuit making it trip. Trying plugging one into the cooker circuit the other into another ring main.
