It's really easy, basically the hose that comes off your pump which goes into the side of your hose reel will go onto the in on the bottom of your shower. Then you connect a new piece of hose on the out of the bottom of the shower which is the hot, that will then go into the side of your hose reel. The other smaller fitting on the bottom of the shower is your fitting for the gas hose. You will get that hose with a regulator which screws into the top of your propane has bottle
That's about it really simple Clear

Cheers for all that mate. As I'd like to get one of the boilers with the digital thermostat does that need power off the batt?

Plumbing sounds no probs so far. And by the look of another thread the flue can just be angled towards the open door. Although I'm not so sure I fancy leaving doors open with potentially a gutter vac and 2 poles prob over 2k alone.

Don't know about the digital thermo sounds like a professional system hot wash. There probably about 2 grand. Most use the portable showers that run off gas bottles not diesel. If you go for the corwoods shower there about £150 you could have a vent professionally installed so the fumes goes out the roof top. Not sure how much that would cost but you would be able to lock back doors, yes your right I wouldn't like to leave gear like that and leaving doors open. You could be thinking that the digital is fitted to the shower but that would be there digital display that adjusts there water flow. I don't use that as I like my water coming out as fast as it comes makes me work quicker and I find cleans windows better and takes the sort out of vents easier

I am also going to do a DIY hot set up in the new year. (don't have the time now flat out)
For the flue I am thinking of connecting a lenth of aluminium flexible ducting to the boiler
which I can put out through the passenger window when I am using the hot.
Just means winding the window down about 3 inches which I think would be better than
leaving the back doors open.

That's not a bad idea, mind you that's if you havnt got a steal partition, also that would be quite a long flue with a significant bend !!!

Yeah I am looking at one of the portable shower/combi's off LPG. I've got a bulkhead so the window idea isn't for me. Does the back door have to be fully open or can just leave slightly open?

New shape Dispatch so no steel partition and about 5ft of flue or less depending where I position the boiler.
That length of flue might cause the boiler to cut out but its worth a try.
Unfortunately with the dispatch if you leave the back doors open you can open the side door then reach
in and open the front which means my insurance would be invalid.
So leaving the back doors open isn't an option for me.

What about this?
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Black-Rotating-Vehicle-Roof-Vent-Ventilator-VAN-TRUCK-TRAILER-/271278492469?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CommercialVehicleParts_SM&hash=item3f29754b35

Yes but you still need a flue to get it to the mushroom!

Why?
The thing spins round, creates draw, draws gasses away...

I presume it spins while the van is in motion not when stationary.

Spins while driving and if there's the slightest whisp of wind.
I'd get one and stick a carbon monoxide detector in the cab just in case.
Sure it'd be fine though.

I'm not trying to prove you wrong but IMHO this would potentially be lethal. Monoxide building up while working, with a battery in the back which could cause ignition. The gas has nowhere to go when stationary. Very risky. Also if your suggesting the fan/mushroom you may as well have the flue.

Fair enough.
It's only both our opinions bud...

Agree, if you're gonna get the mushroom you may aswell flue. Didn't really think of that.

I didn't realise you could light carbon monoxide either...
