That's odd.  I thought Thames Water had levels of 90% of the norm and that it was Southern Water who had a bigger problem.

So i take it the rain we had did not help.
Maybe it evaporated or something.

Im suprised it tokk thames water so long we have had a hosepipe ban since august.

It was on the radio today that Thames Water lose up to 30% of all the water they send down the pipes to us. Its about time companies like this got their act together and started to look at their effeciencies and stop putting their customers liveleyhood at risk

Why do that, the easy answer is to just charge more like they do for everything else.

It is true 1/3rd of Thames Water is lost through leaking water pipes, but they dont address this because it costs money and that wouldn't keep the shareholders happy.

On the news today when they were interviewing a represantative from Thames water they said if it continued to remain dry the next step would be to ban unnecessary use of water ie:- Car washes and cleaning of buildings.

Weather they will include wfp under cleaning of buildings  is open to debate.

just got off the phone to thames water,they have no problems with WFP,as long as i only fill up at my address, and no houses i clean because of the hosepipe ban. the guy said i dont even have to go onto a business tariff.
