George Question
« on: November 05, 2013, 06:37:37 pm »
When running a bit late (about a week) when marking your days work of on george and you hit the done today button which moves due date of next clean forward to 6 weekly interval, it messes all my 12 weekly custys up by not moving them forward too, putting them due to be cleaned when im not in that area yet. Is there any way around this or do i just have to move them 1 by 1 each time which is very annoying? Cheers Wayne.

Well, the jobs are still due, so do the work you can do, and then re-arrange when the day is done.

wayne i spend an hour or so every month re jigging work for the next month.i do have to move some 6 weekly and 8 weekly jobs here and there but i find it pretty easy to do.i stick to a rigid schedule and run a tight ship but sometimes re schedule the odd day because of really bad weather etc.
price higher/work harder!

If you right click on the customer in diary view you can move the whole day to a different date
