This contract/agreement will primarily be for North Bristol NHS Trust.
However, this contract/agreement can be used by any member of the Bristol
& Weston NHS purchasing Consortium

II.2.1) Total quantity or scope:
North Bristol NHS Trust wishes to procure the services of a third party
organisation to provide cleaning and associated services, post
construction, to prepare its new large PFI hospital for patient occupation
together with the potential for a small number of small scale supporting
moves.
The Trust will take responsibility of the building on 26.3.2014 and
patients will be in full occupation by end May 2014.
The successful third party organisation will have the relevant skills,
manpower, equipment and experience to deliver a high class hospital
cleaning service, ensuring the building and all fixtures fittings and
equipment are fit for patients in line with all current legislative and
cleaning practice guidelines related to healthcare and associated
infection control.

extend by a further 2 lots of 6 months resulting in a total possible

VI.4.2) Lodging of appeals
Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: The Authority will
allow a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period between notifying the
award decision and awarding the contract. Unsuccessful tenderers and
