Description of the contract:
The awarding authority together with its arms-length management organisation, A1 Housing Bassetlaw Limited (A1 Housing), are seeking to secure the provision of a cost-effective and comprehensive
building cleaning service to their operational and ancillary buildings, Town Halls, Community Centres, Sheltered Housing Schemes, communal areas in blocks of residential flats and some toilet blocks.
The awarding authority requires a responsive service to maintain the effective safe use of the Council owned buildings, the safety, security, enjoyment, well-being of all users and visitors, to ensure
an environmentally-friendly practice for the management of waste.
This tender will be a joint contract with Bassetlaw District Council and A1 Housing and the contract will be broken down into two separate lots.

Lot two Window Cleaning Services
Suppliers are invited to bid for any one of the two lots, or for both lots.
