Hi All

Met a new client whilst on an end of tenancy clean who have a couple of young rabbits who have peed in various places in 2 rooms of there flat, the client admits to using all manner of supermarket style chemicals to remove to no avail.

What products would you suggest to best tackle the job?

Will be using hwe and use prochem chemicals at the minute.

it should just rinse out. There is very little acid in the pee and little or no odour. Hope this helps.

Its not the urine you are really concerned about now its the cocktail of chemicals they have been using themselves. Have a good look for existing damage especially any lightening and bleaching. Pre-qualify with the customer that what they have used may have permanently damaged the carpet.
First step is to use an acid rinse to flush through and remove all the crap. Then you can see what you actually have to deal with. Hopefully it will all just flush out. If need be treat the area with a urine neutraliser and also a anti bacterial to kill any germs lurking. If the carpet is stained yellow then this may be permanent. You can try using a reducing agent to lessen the effect.
