Hi Everyone,

Its been a while since I have posted to this forum, some great contributors here and great information.  Here are some pictures of a floor Ive been asked to work on. We do a small bit of Floor restoration so Im Looking for some advice.  the details, Its a Hotel Lobby floor and Im looking at suggestions on what to do with it.  the hotel just want it to look better at the lowest possible cost (of course).  Im suggesting a clean and strip floor. (They have been buffing it wit a Taski machine with a blue (yes blue!!) pad and a product that they dont know what it is.

So your thoughts would be welcome.

Thanks

John

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for the reply, cleaned and polished is what they are looking for.  Im doing a sample for them next week. Im going to clean the tile and grout and polish with KP85.  Im not suggesting grinding at the moment because of costs.  My reason for posting this was to just see if anyone else had different ideas ?

Thanks

John
