Cleaning a house when the neighbour comes up "Glad I've seen you I'm on holiday this week and have been looking for a window cleaner for a while."
Cleaned the detached house and conservatory - nice property -  put a lot of effort into getting it up to standard.
Went back this week a month later.
Walked into the garden and trod in a large dog poop!!!
It was everywhere all around the property so packed up the hoses and cleared out quick.
Glad I charged a 1st clean price to cover the extra effort 'cos its lost now.
Sometimes if I get the honest impression that they are not wasters and they seem to genuinely want a regular clean and windows not too dirty I don't bother to charge a first clean price, think I will do in future.
