I've just read Crystal-Clear's post about his battery but it's locked so I can't comment on that thread & I'd Just like to say what a credit you are to this forum. Never anything other than extremely helpful & more than willing to impart your knowledge to help others, usually going over & above.
Top bloke.

Ian and Spruce always give more than they take. Posters well worth the effort to read.

Aye, Spruce is another.
I think what my point is about Ian is that he isn't a window cleaner himself & so doesn't particularly receive help himself in return. He works for Spring & as far as I'm aware, doesn't own it or anything like that, yet he always does his absolute best to get to the bottom of any problems that his knowledge base may cover- many times with considerable effort too.

Yes, certainly, commendation where commendation is due. He certainly is more than willing to help. I had a pump problem but, somebody else, who had already put up a post had, if not the same, something similar. Ians responses where so manifold & detailed that it enabled me to solve the puzzle I had quite quickly. Many thanks.
