Abseiled forwards and backwards many a time. Forward is better for the views and backwards means you can drop further and faster

Seems crazy that some engineer has not designed an automated cleaning system, maybe high pressure jets and pure water.
Just press a button and the windows are cleaned from the top down.
A big opportunity for someone to design a system and make a fortune.

Can't be left wet, the sand & dust would stick to the water before it dried.
I'm sure someone will one day invent a robot that cleans curtain walling with a squeegee/windscreen wiper type thing...
