tubular heating system

hi all.

seen an ad for a window cleaning van on here with a tubular heating system.

anyone got a link for more info on tubular heating system, its the first I,ve heard

Its probably a tube heater to stop freezing on the winter. Just plug into the mains to heat the van, not the water
