Im shocked at the price.everywhere wanted 300 400 plus.plus i would have had water and electric on top.

At that rate you need to take double that just to cover rent.  We get better money in the south but pay through our necks for rent and and most things.

Im well chuffed with it.
Had my worker deliver 1000 leaflets the otherday.picked up 3 new ones.these houses will be canvassed.have 2000 being dropped tuesday.
Im buzzing and raring to go just gotta get everything to the unit.
