Looks agro, inside high stuff would be a pita.
I do a dealership.
Realistically you want to be charging £40/£50 outside and double inside.
If its not the high ones inside same for out as in.

3-4hours labor charge i would do

You should really know yourself what the pricing should be,  can you guess how long it would take and work out the price from there.

£45 for outside and £80 or £90 for in and out.

You get lots of that on here, some maybe genuine but most are 'look at me, look at my job' willy wavers!  Surprised nobody on here has seen a job local to them,knows what the poster is gonna quote then put an undercut price in!
