I cleaned a kitchen Amtico floor in early July.
I dont do loads of Amtico/Karndean, but I have done many in my time without a hitch.
I just had a call from the lady to say that the floor is weeping in a few areas. So I have just been round and it is weeping from some of the gaps between the tiles. I got a bit of warm water and brush and scrubbed gently to remove the dried on residue. But if I push hardish on areas near to it, a bubble of gunge comes up. The affected area is a few feet away from a dishwasher, which is next to the sink, but the rest of the floor seems fine.
Could it be that either the dishwasher or sink is leaking a bit under the floor?
I have left a blower, blowing cold air onto it, but not sure if this will help.
Any advice welcomed...
Tnx
