Does an IBC need to be rinsed if its just been used to store shampoo in?

Picked it up the other day and it has been pressure washed & a thousand litres of pure in it.

Still has a bit of soap floating on top, could do with getting it out really, it's costing me money to fill up as I am twin DI at the moment

Thanks!  Will see what it's saying tomorrow- already filled it with tap water twice today and now it's got pure sitting in it!

Run your transfer pump in it submerged without the hose connected whilst it is completely full to help dissolve any residue.

Give it a good rinse but don't forget the conditioner, after.
