so what is a caramel wheel ?

you put them on a drill , and there made out of rubber and caramel

you use them to remove stickers when all else fails , I removed some chrome look stuff that was stuck right under the doors of my golf country when we got it from Austria , tried the heat gun , hot water ect ect ect but because it was like foil all you got was a couple of ml at a time befoure it snapped off and I didn't want to get it repainted lucky so hubby order a c.w. and it worked great

I don't actually think they are made out rubber and CARAMEL.  ;D
I believe the name "caramel" wheel was given to them because of it's colour/appearance.
