Yes it wasn't usually the punters who were the problem but the insurers and their agents (loss adjusters)

Even experience Actors suffer with stage fright it all helps in giving a good performance as when you are on stage something just kicks in and then you are on high

your confidence will come when something does go wrong and how you react to it and how that it received by the customer. true character always shows under pressure.
