The shampoo pipe on this machine feeds directly in the centre of the machine onto the carpet, anyone know how to feed it into the brush so I can Encap with it?

At the moment it just puts a slug trail pattern on the carpet, it does'nt get into the brush to create a foam

I'm guessing it goes I to a reservoir made in the opposite side centre of the brush the only thing that comes to mind is if you feed it to the out side housing and let the encap flow to the edge of the brush, only problem would be that you may not get it to the centre.

Not sure if you could break up the reservoir and drill holes in the shampoo brush to allow shampoo to drop into the brush although it could just spit or flick out of the edge ala centrifugal force you would need a rim around the outer edge of the shampoo brush.

The red/white orbis shampoo brush should have a diffuser tray on the centre of it.

They often break off over time.

We mainly use microfibre scrub pads that have a membrane in the centre that work well for this application allowing the product to spin out to the edges of the pad.

I am working on something for this machine that should be available in the next month  or ao that will solve this problem but also boost cleaning performance thanks to Truvox's change of brush supplier. Hope to have prototype end of month so fingers crossed it works as well as I hope.

It will also increase allow you to increase to 20" diameter for commercials.

I'm using a yellow bristle scrub brush. It has no centre. I'm looking at fitting a right angled pipe to the outlet so it goes through the centre, turns and lets the solution leak at the edge of the inner part of the brush( if that makes sense)

Can you post a pic please Mike. The only yellow bristle brush I have seen for Orbis is in fact a pad holder.
