Getting Commercial work advice
« on: March 22, 2006, 11:06:10 pm »
Hello eveyone, Im sure this has come up before but hopfully someone can give me a quick answer.

Im looking for commercial work at the moment, the smaller stuff shops etc, and i'd like to know the most effective way of getting it?

Do you go in and ask for the boss? or do you send an introduction letter?

Any advice would be great.

Thank you

David

hi,
you could try sending a letter, short and sweet but informative enuff
spend a bit of time on the look of it, tart it up on your pc and print see what people think of it, friends, family and so forth. blitz an area, then maybe follow up with a personal call, just dont be desperate!! 8) i have a letter i use if you want £1000000 though hmmm!!! e-mail thepropertycare@aol.com
