I'd never thought of that  :o.
Previously, I just used to have a meal in the morning but didn't give it a name. That seemed to work.

I was the same; it's only since I started running that I started eating breakfast.

Getting fit too is great for your energy levels.  I find myself jogging about at work even.

Secret diet..... Big bowl of porridge for breakfast added honey and juicy raisins , slow release of energy and helps lower cholesterol, then for lunch  a big bowl of pasta from morrisons, ready made with either tuna and sweet corn or Italian with red and green peppers, or their prawn pasta. Gives a lot of energy. £2.20 lasts 2 or 3 days! Good stuff.

They say you should eat like a King for breakfast; a Prince at lunch then a Popper at dinner. After all you are breaking a long period of fasting at breakfast hence the name.

Yep oats for breakfast, then 3 meals consisting of complex carbs and protien, chuck a bananna or two in there just before that big annoying house, finish work, hit the gym, bosh your tea, get van ready for the morning, pop out and smash one of the many females on offer on your contact list, protien shake before bed and you have the average day at Purefect HQ  ;D
