Don't say that, Dean.  One of the things that I think make you have the business you have is that you see work as play; that's fantastic.  It's something I aspire to as well.

Don't spoil it for me.

No you're right Tosh. I don't mind it really, I'm pretty lucky in that sense.

Two things help me, Spotify is a God send, unlimited music to listen to.

Also a "friendly" housewife or two on your round can help break the day up ;D

I don't mind working by myself, or working with someone else.  Either way is fine with me.  I use a cheap mp3 player (cos I wouldn't want to break my nice phone), stick a talking book on there, and just point me in the direction of some windows and I'm happy.

I do the same. All sorts of audio books. You would be surprised how much you can learn while working

listening to mundane, juvenile conversation day in day out with complete numptys I soon realise what life was like and shake myself up a bit  ;D

But you come on here to keep your (knackered) hand in, so to speak  ;D.

stay focused on window cleaning and take holidays regularly with your loved ones. my motivation is normality when it comes to routine work patterns, holidays to look forward to and a supportive partner to talk with.

same , i have an account with audible and pay 7.99 a month i think and get free credits for any book each month , its great
also have a similar thing with music and have access to millions of tracks on iphone , keeps the boredom away
