Ay up I did regular house today . But they have had a lot of building work done this summer .swimming pool massive outdoor patio n landscape . So I have missed the lat 2 cleans ,but I spent a full morning cleaning her windows up today . They all came up fine except 3 panels covered in cement .cleaned em trad no scraper , came up ok but some of the cement has left marks ground into the glass . It's like dirty scratches.does anyone know if there's owt i can get to shift em . I would normally tell the custy there's nowt I can do . But they've been with me 15 years , nice family and great payers . I'm off back Friday afternoon to do the pool house so it would be nice if I could sort that out at the same time . Cheers barry

I know griff. how embarrassing ,but it was defo hands on for the bottom windows .so I guess nobody has any suggestions .

Top Tip

As you are traditional not a lot you can do, but I have 2 options.

1. Ram your ladder through effected windows and tell them to claim off your insurance

2. Get a few of those black stick on birds, that are supposed to stop birds flying through the windows. And stick these over the marks.

always use chemical for cement.

Next time use liquid hammer

Yeh they know it is down to the builders . And not my fault but they asked if I could sort it and are willing to pay well .
