Comments: I have a whole stable of window cleaning work for sale. I am looking to sell due to illness to be honest. They bill £3,840 over the month over 23 days work. I may well be able to throw a van in with a reach and wash as well. It's good work, all I ask is that you continue to employ the lads I have working for me. Three honest, hard working, really great young lads. I'll only sell if their jobs are safe. After the sale I'll commit to staying around for a while if necessary if you want me to help manage/collect etc. I'm hoping for £35,000, that would be under 10 to 1, but I am open to reasonable offers. You offer what it is worth to you. Please expect that if you're serious, it's a big purchase and you'd need to be introduced to people involved and spend time getting to know the rounds. It would be quite sensitive with lads maybe worrying about their jobs so please only interested parties and parties who can be diplomatic.

Not bad for a full business, if someone was made redundant and had 35 large spare it would be a great long term investment and payed for itself in 10 months.

Oh just saw 23 days a month. Maybe not that great then. Im sure someone will buy it though. 
If i was offered 10 cleans for my business by someone id tell them to go jump lol.
I wonder what everyones amount would be to sell up.
