Problems getting in touch with Aquadapter.
« on: August 01, 2013, 07:48:21 pm »
Anyone know if Aquadapter are having problems? The plastic internal mechanism of mine has snapped. It's the latest mk3xl, 1 month old. Over the last 3 days I've phoned, emailed and used the online chat but had no response from any. Some have said their customer service is excellent which made me wonder if they are having problems. I don't want to send mine back for repair if I'm not going to get it back although its pretty useless as it is anyway. Anyone else having problems or is it just me that's slipped through the net somehow?
Cheers,
Lee
