Mosmatic Recovery Hose
« on: July 30, 2013, 11:59:02 am »
I need to replace the vacuum hose on a Mosmatic that I recently purchased.

Any suggestions as to the best place to this?

I've looked around and whilst I want a good strong hose, carpet cleaning hose seems a bit over the top, but is this the best option?

Also, what's the maximum length you guys recommend for a 2400w (2 x 1200) vacuum? I was hoping at least 7.5 metres when connected to the mosmatic.

We use carpet cleaning hose plus a smooth bore not sure where we sourced it from. I did notice someone was selling 2 inch hose in items for sale.
Ref to length prob depends on spec of vacuum ours are 2400 use 10 m plus no problem

Carpet cleaning hose will be the most robust.
