stockport shops
« on: July 17, 2013, 05:59:16 pm »
On the FWC website, there is a round for sale. It's a number of shops in Stockport town centre and takings are approx £400 a week or £1600 a month {not exact}
Asking price is £19000, is anyone really going to pay 12 times a monthly turnover for shop work?

Probably not, I certainly wouldn't.

Shops are not worth jack, windy I know brought up a few jobs with m&s being the main job. Big shop and worth a fair few quid each month.
Couple of months after it went national and he lost quite a lot of cash.
I would never buy commercial work on the strength of that
