Late though it may be, for those reading this we had an incident with a new pole which basically involved, we believed, the tubing eating the pole on recall. Convinced we were right (the customer
) we spoke to the Gardiner Customer services and sent off two chewed up lengths of tubing and eventually our new pole, which we believed was faulty. So the Gardiner technicians explained that they had taken the pole apart and could find nothing wrong with it and returned the pole to us along with our third length of new tubing, at no cost to us whatsoever, and instructed us to watch a video that was attached to an email to us on the correct use of our pole. The star of this video was none other than El Gardiner himself with our new SuperMax 47 demonstrating on how we should take our pole down correctly.
Several months later we can confirm that it was indeed user error (
)and not the fantastic Super Max 47 that was at fault. So once again Mr Gardiner a BIG thank you, for amazing customer service.
Heres the crunch Mr Gardiner, We will be putting in a reasonable order in the next few weeks and to allow me to see how fantastically your poles clean the glass I am in need of a free Gardiner Cap to keep the sun from my eyes and the heat from my head
