Can anything run at 100% efficiency?
And perhaps the quotes from BG et al could be differentiated from your main text in some way? Dunno if it is just me but I had to read and re-read a few times to get the correct sense if the quotes.
They would be my only constructive criticisms.

Nice post Darren. There are still tweaks that need to be made. Web masters sometimes take liberties with text. The 100% claim is one such liberty and has been noted and will duly be reworded.

Totally agree about the BG quote. The font needs to be bolder. It is one of our biggest selling points and deserves more attention.

Darren with your website i struggle a little to read the words as for some reason it strains my eyes must be due to the dark colours . Mike

Hi Darren. Made a few changes to the home page, re-words, added customer logos etc. forgot to italicise the BG quote. Will do later.

Hi mate. Website design is a very personal thing. However, what should be right is the SEO. I have done a couple of searches for window cleaning in your areas and can't see your site in the organic listings, it is only on Places.

It looks like your site is a flash site. Is that right? If so, they rarely rank well with Google because each web page is a read as a photo, it can't read your text. Therefore the Googlebots see a website with photos and no text and will not rank it well at all.

I have no idea tbh!
If it is flash it would explain quite a few things though.
I am toying with the idea of starting again from scratch but it won't be until Autumn whatever.
