Good Morning,

Im looking to get a rough quote on having 2 ground floor rooms carpets cleaned approx 12x12.
Im not wanting to spend a lot as it is our old rental house and we are just wanting to make sure that we get most if not all of our deposit back

Yeah, that's a pretty good one. I get How much to clean house carpets, it's a very small house.  ???
It's not expensive, you just can't afford it.

No a normal email is

how much to clean a suite mate.
or
do you clean carpets in houses
or
how much to clean my bedroom
or
whats your cheapest price for a carpet clean

Since I put a compulsery address and phone number on my email enquiry form the above emails seem to have stopped.

I love (not) the ones that are copied and pasted to every company.

We get our fair share of daft emails like these, infact only bettered by phonecalls that run along the same lines. I just hit the delete button for the 'Just want cheap shoppers' and as for the phonecall that run with "I just want a price for a small room/house/flat etc they now get this reply..... "Would you expect a builder to be able to give you an answer over the phone for an extension without doing askjing a lot of questions or actually visiting the property?"

I must be missing something ,so giving a price for two downstairs end of tenancy style rooms...ie cheap and grubby, can be compared to providing a quote to build someones extension!!!!

Its hardly the same skill level is it??
