at the moment i have mmy RO and filters in my van , but soon i am moving and it is going to be a bit difficult to leave van filling up , so i am going to start making water in shed to storage tank , but how do i transfer my water to my van would it be by a pump if so what is the best to get and how long would it take to fill my 350 tank in van up from my storage tank cheers .

Your best option is to use a submersible pump to transfer water from shed to van. It would take no time at all to transfer depending on the pump you buy.
All submersible pumps should tell you how many litres per hour they can manage.

Just to add, I prefer using a pond pump as it has built in filter to prevent any unwanted objects or particles entering your tank and usually come with a minimum 3 year guarantee.
