Oven cleaning without diptank
« on: May 29, 2013, 03:37:24 pm »
Has anybody used the plastic trays from Lakelands instead of a diptank? If so are they any good?

I've heard of people using the big clear boxes from Ikea, worth a look.

Cheers.
I don't doubt a diptank is better if u clean ovens day in day out but as an add on maybe a cheaper alternative will do

You dont need to use a diptank.
If youre only doing as an addon get some clover vanquish and clean it all by hand.
Get some razor bladed scrapers, silver scourers & green scourers,
Just take out all the shelving and clean,
Clean the oven and glass,
Replace shelves.
You wont need a diptank or similar until you have lots of ovens to clean and more money to spend.
