How soon after cleaning can you apply a topical
« on: May 17, 2013, 11:49:25 am »
How soon after cleaning can Aquamix Seal and finish low sheen be applied? Its supposed to allow vapour transmission so could you do it on the same day? I have tried to allow 24hrs for slate to dry before applying. Do not like topicals but people often want something a bit shiny on slate and if on a small job if I could seal on the same day it would be more cost effective.

No problem as long as you have one of these:

Even better if you can use a Dehum and or heat as well ;D

These will improve the performance of any snail dryer by keeping the air on the ground. Most air movers after a couple of metres move the air about a metre of the ground. These are only £24 and focus the airflow on the floor/carpet.

We use the Multi Dirctional Triple Nozzle attachment for intense directional airflow.
