one eyed window cleaning

Manningtree trad guy fall ?

Dose anyone know who the trad guy was who fell of his ladder yesterday , Manningtree end of mistley walls.. What was he doing climbing into a electricity sub station to gain access to two first floor Georgian sash. Hope he is ok.
