i would have a word with all your customers telling them you paid 8 grand for the business and he s been round canvassing the work again.

i personally dont think you have anything to worry about danny if you ve been regular and reliable over the last few years and you do a good job.

its a very underhand way of operating but im sure you ll come out on top danny relatively unscathed.DONT lose your temper with him if you see him when your out and about id just let him know that you think its out of order what he s doing.

trust me decent customers are not gonna jump ship when they realise what he s trying to do after you paid him for the work.

I found out today that the guy I bought my round off a few years ago that I paid 8grand for has been round canvassing the work he sold me. When he sold me the round he said he was gettin out of cleaning to do other things....now this. What would you do?

is he targetting just your customers or canvassing every house in the area,i know you may think its your customers but he may be door knocking everywhere

if it was 5 years ago and his canvassing all the houses in the town,village,city? i can't see why you can complain,his entitled to come back in to the industry,its just more competition i am afraid

I agree with Bob. How long ago was it? Even an ex employee who signs a non-competition clause can do as he pleases in 1 year.

If you are looking after your customers you will be fine.

I know who it is, he used to post on here many years ago, he is still a member as it wasnt that long ago a relation of his was having a dig at him about some work he also bought off him, he soon popped up to defend himself so you never know he may pop back on again, i'm not saying who it is as its Danny's decision to do that.

Thing is we haven't heard off Danny since this has happened so maybe he went to see him and things turned nasty only for Danny to end up arrested as he gave the fellow cleaner a chinese burn!!!!
